There are
seven ranks in the Boy Scout program: Scout, Tenderfoot,
Second Class, First Class, Star, Life, and the Eagle. To
achieve these awards, Scouts must complete a series of
requirements including mastery of specific skills, tenure,
service and leadership. Scouts must also complete a
scoutmaster’s conference and a board of review.
The requirements for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First
Class may be worked on simultaneously; however, they must be
earned in sequence. |
